--- JASON KROG: Recorded a point in all 10 postseason games, which includes racking up five goals and 11 points in the second round against Iowa ... Shares second in the AHL with 15 points and fourth with 10 assists during the playoffs ... Recorded at least one point in 51 of his 54 combined regular-season and postseason tilts in a Wolves uniform

--- BRETT STERLING: Leads the league with five power-play goals during the playoffs, which includes netting a man-advantage marker on Saturday in Game 6 ... Shares third in the AHL with six goals and has collected 10 points in 10 tilts during his playoff debut

--- MICHAEL GARNETT: Posted 17 saves on 18 shots on Saturday in Game 6 to earn his eighth win of the postseason, tied for the most in the AHL ... Held Iowa to one or fewer goals in three of the six games during the West Division Final ... Accrued a 2.24 goals-against average and a .919 save percentage through 10 playoff matchups after registering a 3.03 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage in 42 contests during the regular season

--- MARK POPOVIC: Netted his career-high third goal of the playoffs on Saturday ... Leads team defensemen and shares fourth on the squad with a career-best seven points during the playoffs ... Appeared in 30 career Calder Cup Playoff outings netting six goals and 15 points

Chicago has reached the conference finals for the seventh time in franchise history and the third time since joining the American Hockey League in
2001-02. The Wolves have notched a 5-1 mark in conference finals and
continued on to win three championships.


--- Chicago's .800 winning percentage during the 2007 Calder Cup Playoffs
is tied for the highest in the league with the Hershey Bears.

--- The Wolves posted just one win in four meetings against the Hamilton Bulldogs during the regular season (1-2-1-0), while splitting the series against the Manitoba Moose (2-2-0-0).

--- With the West Division Final series win, Chicago is now 17-1 all-time in the
postseason with home ice advantage.

--- The Wolves have won four of their five matchups at the Allstate Arena during the postseason, outscoring their rivals, 23-9 in the process.

--- The Wolves allowed just one goal in their Game 6 victory over Iowa, the fourth time during the playoffs the squad has held its opponent to one or fewer markers; the club ranks second in the AHL, allowing an average of 2.20 goals per game.

--- Chicago has held its opponent scoreless on the power play in six of its 10 playoff tilts, which includes blanking Iowa on all three attempts on Saturday in Game 6; the Wolves ranks third among active teams on the penalty kill at 87.5 percent (56 of 64).


Chicago recorded 28 goals during the West Division Final against Iowa, the most in a playoff series in franchise history.  The Wolves are averaging an AHL-best 4.10 goals per game during the postseason.

--- After allowing a goal 2:08 into the game, Chicago recorded five unanswered goals en route to clinching the West Division Final, 4-games-to-2, over the Iowa Stars with a 5-1 victory in Game 6 at the Allstate Arena.
--- Right wing DARREN HAYDAR netted a goal and two assists while linemate JASON KROG collected a goal and a helper

--- The Iowa Stars scored eight seconds in and never looked back, using three power-play goals to earn a 5-1 victory over Chicago in Game 5 of the West Division Final.
--- Defenseman TREVOR BYRNE netted the squad's only goal
--- Netminders MICHAEL GARNETT (27 of 32) and FRED BRATHWAITE (nine of nine) combined for 36 saves in GARNETT's loss

--- The Wolves snapped a 1-1 first-period tie with five unanswered goals on the way to a 6-1 victory over the Iowa Stars in Game 4 of the West Division Final
--- Centers JASON KROG and ANDRE DEVEAUX netted two goals apiece, two of five Wolves to tally multiple points
--- Goaltender MICHAEL GARNETT turned aside 25 of 26 shots
