Bio
Rob Rosmis enters his fourth season as the Wolves strength and conditioning coach.
He also serves as the Director of Player Development for True Performance Hockey in Rolling Meadows, where he works with youth, junior, collegiate, and professional hockey players. The Chicago native has worked with the NHL's Vancouver Canucks’ and now-defunct Atlanta Thrashers' prospects and main training camps.
Additionally, Rosmis has experience working with local physical therapy institutions assisting orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and athletic trainers in rehabilitation practices ad protocols. He is a certified specialist in Strength and Conditioning (SSC) through the International Sports Science Association.
The 32-year-old former police officer played junior hockey in the United States and Canada from 1998-2000 and graduated from Mississippi State University in 2001.
Rob resides in the northwest suburbs.
